As a Sales Technician, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality services while promoting and upselling additional offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Service Delivery: Perform professional cleaning and maintenance services, including carpet cleaning, HVAC servicing, air duct cleaning, mildew removal, water damage restoration, and more.
• Sales & Upselling: Identify opportunities to recommend and sell additional services, working towards meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Performance Tracking: Maintain weekly sales reports to track progress and results.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure efficient and seamless service delivery.
• Reliability & Accountability: Arrive on time, meet commitments, and maintain high service standards.
• Long-Term Growth: Demonstrate commitment to professional development and company success.
